The concept of the Interreligious Spiritual Cultural and Educational Center project was developed by the Center of Classical and Traditional Architecture of the Moscow Architectural Institute (State Academy). The project involves the creation of a Center in the area of the New Moscow Kommunarka, uniting spiritual and educational Centers of all traditional religions of Russia. The main idea of the concept is to unite all the centers into a single urban planning ensemble, with a common park area and a pedestrian embankment. The architecture of the centers will form a single three-dimensional composition: buildings of different religions will be united by common squares, silhouettes and facades of shopping malls facing a combined park area, including a pedestrian embankment, monumental compositions, a summer theater, bridges, rotundas and public squares.
